ACTOR RANA DAGGUBATI TO DEBUT IN MALAYALAM.

RANA WILL MAKE HIS DEBUT IN MALAYALAM THROUGH "ANIZHAM THIRUNAL MARTHANDA VARMA"

Rana Daggubati already won the hearts of the peopke of Kerala through the Baahubali franchise.
He is going to make his debut in malayalam through "Anizham Thirunaal Marthanda Varma:king of travancore".
The film will be directed by K. Madhu and will be released in two parts.The film is to be scripted by Robin Thirumala.

Rana will play the role of Marthanda Varma. Details on the rest of the cast will be revealed soon.

K . Madhu revealed the reason behind choosing Rana although he is not familiar with Malayalam.He said “I believe that there is no language when it comes to acting. There is no difference in the expressions and emotions one portrays whatever the language is and thus, I am sure it wouldn’t be a problem for an actor like him".
Further Madhu says that Rana is the best one to play the role.

Marthanda Varma was the  first Asian king to defeat a foreign force in a war at sea. He and his armies defeatedbthe Dutch in the Battle of Colachel in 1741. Thirumala says that the movie will be based on how Varma defeated the foriegn power.

Rasool Pookuty will handle the sound department of the movie. While M.M Keervani will be the music director. Peter hein will be the stunt master. Shooting will start by mid of 2018.

      Further Madhu mentioned that one of the lead actors of tamil will feature in the movie.
